Terms and Conditions of Registration and Participation

Effective for all Auto LyfeStyle Events

This agreement supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, or communications—whether written or oral—related to the subject matter herein.

Sponsors and Organizers

This agreement applies to all events hosted or co-hosted by:

Dream Cars 4 Kids East, Inc. (a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit)
Auto LyfeStyle, LLC
Events: Cars & Coffee Central Florida, Lake Mary Cars & Coffee, Supercar Sunset, Supercar Social
Supporting sponsors, venues, and partners including Drive Shack, Inc.
(Collectively referred to as “Rally Sponsors” or “Event Organizers”)

General Acknowledgement

ANY PERSON TRAVELING IN A VEHICLE OR PARTICIPATING IN AN EVENT MUST ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT.
By registering, attending, or participating in any event, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions.

Participation Rules – Rallies and Driving Events

This is NOT a race.
No street racing, competitions, or betting of any kind.
Drive responsibly and courteously.
Do not operate a vehicle if impaired in any way due to fatigue, medication, alcohol, or any substance.
Absolutely no reckless driving, racing on public roads, passing on shoulders, or endangering the public or other participants.
All participants must follow all local, state, and federal laws at all times.
A valid driver’s license, vehicle registration, and insurance are required and must be provided upon request.
Rally Sponsors are not liable for damage caused by decal applications or removals.
Non-compete Clause: Participants and sponsors agree not to host or promote competing rally events for a period of 12 months within 100 miles of any Auto LyfeStyle events.

Car Show Conduct – Family-Friendly Events

All car shows are intended to be safe, respectful, and family-friendly.

Please follow these rules:

✅ Park within marked spots
❌ No burnouts
❌ No speeding
❌ No revving / 2-stepping
❌ No street racing
❌ No solicitation
❌ No product demos or sales
❌ No banners, branded displays, or shop marketing without approval

Failure to comply will result in immediate removal from the event.

Media Release & Content Guidelines

You grant Event Organizers the unrestricted right to use your name, likeness, image, and vehicle in photographs and videos captured at any event.
You waive all rights to approve such media or receive compensation.
You agree not to post content that defames or harms the reputation of event sponsors, organizers, law enforcement, or venues. Inappropriate or disrespectful conduct online may result in exclusion from future events.

Privacy & Data Handling

Personal information collected at registration will be handled with care but may be shared with partners where necessary for event operations.
Rally Sponsors are not liable for any data breach, theft, or unauthorized access to such information.

Risks and Assumption of Liability

Risk Disclosure:

You acknowledge that participation in automotive events carries inherent risks, including:

Traffic collisions
Road hazards
Mechanical failures
Injury or death

You voluntarily accept all such risks.

COVID-19 Disclaimer:

By attending an event, you assume all risk related to exposure or infection from COVID-19 or other airborne illnesses.

Waiver of Claims & Indemnity

Release of Liability. In consideration for being permitted to participate in the Rally, Participant waives, releases, and forever discharges, for Participant, his or her heirs, executors, administrators and legal representatives, any and all rights and/or claims which Participant has, may have, or may hereafter accrue to Participant against the Rally Sponsors and Staff for any and all damages, injuries (including death), and/or claims which may be sustained by Participant or his or her vehicle directly or indirectly arising out of Participant’s participation in the Rally (including the application of emergency or medical services at the Rally).
Indemnity. Participant agrees to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Rally Sponsors and Staff from and against any and all third party claims, demands, damages, suits, liabilities or actions arising directly or indirectly out of Participant’s actions or otherwise from Participant’s participation in the Rally whether made or claimed during or after the Rally, including all associated costs and expenses and any amounts which the Rally Staff may pay as a settlement or compromise of any such claims or liabilities.

Modifications & Termination

Event Sponsors reserve the right to remove participants, amend these terms, or cancel events at any time.
Continued participation after any change in terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Force Majeure

Event Organizers shall not be held liable for cancellations or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to acts of nature, terrorism, government restrictions, natural disasters, or public health emergencies.

Arbitration Agreement

Arbitration Clause. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, including its interpretation, validity, breach, or termination, shall be exclusively settled by binding arbitration conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) applicable at the time arbitration is initiated. Arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator selected according to AAA rules. The arbitration proceedings shall take place exclusively in Orlando, Florida. This arbitration agreement and any arbitration arising hereunder shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without reference to its conflict of law provisions. The arbitrator’s decision and award shall be final and binding upon the parties, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered and enforced by any court having jurisdiction thereof in Orange County, Florida.Each party shall bear its own expenses, including attorney’s fees, associated with arbitration, unless the arbitrator determines otherwise, at the arbitrator’s discretion, and awards such fees and costs to the prevailing party. The arbitration proceedings, including all filings, testimony, evidence, and awards, shall remain strictly confidential, except as may be necessary to enforce the arbitration award or as otherwise required by applicable law. The parties expressly waive any right to trial by jury in any dispute relating to this Agreement, agreeing arbitration shall be the exclusive remedy.

Final Statement

By registering, attending, or participating in an Auto LyfeStyle events, you agree to all the terms and conditions outlined above and enter into a legally binding agreement with the Event Sponsors.
